Eligible Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

• Hair extensions & wigs
• Beauty tools once opened
• Cosmetics, skincare, or personal-care products opened or used
• Clearance or final-sale items

How Work Returns

1. Email [email protected] (or preferred email) to request a return.
2. Include your name, order number, and reason for return.
3. Items must be returned to the original packaging.
4. Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered complete.
We recommend contacting the carrier for missing packages.
We will assist where possible, but replacements are not guaranteed for lost or stolen packages.
