How It Works
- Place Your Order Online
Complete your purchase at poohpollysbeauty.com and select Pull Up & Pick Up at checkout.
- Wait for Your Ready-for-Pickup Notification
You’ll receive a text or email confirming that your order is packed and ready.
- Pull Up to the Store
Drive to Pooh Polly’s Beauty Station and park in our designated pickup area.
- Let Us Know You’ve Arrived
Reply to your pickup text or call the store number listed in your confirmation message.
- We Bring It Out to You
A team member will deliver your order straight to your vehicle—fast, friendly, and secure.
Pickup Hours
Monday–Saturday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM
What You Need to Bring
- Your order confirmation
- A valid ID (for high-value orders)
- The name or phone number used on the order
Important Notes
- Orders must be picked up within 5 days of the Ready-for-Pickup notification.
- Unclaimed orders will be restocked and refunded (minus a small restocking fee if applicable).
- If you need extra time, just reply to your confirmation—we’ll hold it.
- For safety, we do not bring orders to moving vehicles. Please park before notifying us.
